July 10 CELSYS established a new joint corporation “UNICORN” in China.
July 6      CELSYS released software for creating illustrations “CLIP STUDIO PAINT PRO”, its boxed edition.
June 21

CELSYS started pre-order sales of a humanoid input device “QUMARION”.

May 31    CELSYS released software for creating illustrations “CLIP STUDIO PAINT PRO”, its download and value editions.
April 2 CELSYS, Inc. and HI CORPORATION established a holding company named Art Spark Holdings, Inc.
March 28 CELSYS, Inc. was delisted from the second section of Tokyo Stock Exchange to establish Art Spark Holdings, Inc. through the share transfer.

November 25 CELSYS, Inc. and HI CORPORATION reached an agreement on the share transfer for the joint establishment of a holding company.

July 26 Started the mobile comic service for Maxis in the Malaysia using the Viewer for our ROS partners, NTT Solmare Corporation.
June 1 VTM Mobile, one of our ROS partners, started the mobile comic service in the Vietnam.
April 2 Started the mobile comic service in the three German-speaking sphere, using the Viewer for our ROS partners, NTT Solmare Corporation.
