When you try to open “No Access” permission file in RETAS!PRO HD, the file disappears.
Please read the below and install latest updates to solve this problem.

When you try to open “No Access” permission file with a file browser or others in “RETAS!PRO HD for Mac OS X”, the file disappears.

This problem happens with following Mac OS X English Operating Systems.
・10.3 (10.3.9)
・10.4 (10.4.2 or higher)

This problem happens in all “RETAS!PRO HD for Mac OS X” products.

・TraceMan HD for Mac OS X Version 6.0.3
・PaintMan HD for Mac OS X Version 6.0.3

■Solution
To solve the problem, download and install following updates.
If you use demo programs, uninstall them, then install latest version of demo programs.
Note:
When you use RETAS!PRO HD products, please set “Read & Write” permission for files and folders.
If you use “Read Only” and/or “No Access” permission for files and folders, it may result unexpected behaviors.
In general, a default type of file permission is “Read & Write”.
