■Updating Method
[CoreRETAS581E_MacOSX.sit] updates applications of [CoreRETAS Version 5.5.0E~5.6.1E] into [CoreRETAS Version 5.8.1E].
1. Quit all applications.
2. Extract a downloaded file, then [CoreRETAS581_MacOSX] will be created.
3. Replace [CoreRETAS5.8.1E(CB)] in [CoreRETAS581E_MacOSX] folder to [CoreRETAS] which is currently used. (Important: Erase the old version of CoreRETAS.) This file is still possible to re-distribute though, please distribute a file of before extraction.
Note:
Installing Plug-In
After updating [CoreRETAS Version 5.7.1] or later, replace plug-ins of [QuickTime] and [Text] into the latest version.

1. Check about that the CoreRETAS has not launched yet. If launched, terminate it.
2. Copy a [QuickTime] and a [Text] into a [Plug-In Folder]. Ordinary a [Plug-In Folder] is in the same folder of CoreRETAS.
3. When an old version of plug-in is existed in the [Plug-In Folder], overwrite by new plug-in although alert dialogue appears. That is all of updating operations.

CoreRETAS Version 5.8.1E has fixed the all of following points.

■New Features
1. [Sheet Display] is added at X-sheet menu. Normal Size and Small Size are available. Normal Size is same as size of old version while at Small Size, the width of x-sheets become more smaller so that can display many layers.
2. Composite modes are newly added. The added composite modes are [Overlay], [Soft Light], and [Hard Light].
3. A bold background can set an image. Background image can be set at [Preference->Rendering->X-sheet Info].
4. There is an enhancement that an x-sheet of CoreRETAS Ver.4.1 can be loaded by maintaining relationship.
Note: The relationship of parent layer and child layer in x-sheet of Ver.4.1 will be replaced by Layer function in x-sheet of Ver.5.x.
5. [+] and [-] can be used as affixing letters for Cel numbers.
When importing images into celbank, add letters into image file name (eg. [1+.tga]) and load it effecting [Cel Number Same To File Name], then it will be imported as cel number of [1+] into celbank.
6. [Reverse Field On 3:2 Pulldown Change] is added at Rendering Setup.
7. X-sheets created by [QuickChecker EX/Standard ver2.0] can be loaded.
Note1: X-sheets created by [QuickChecker EX/Standard ver1.x] cannot be loaded.
Note2: [QuickChecker] does not load x-sheets created by [CoreRETAS].
8. Cel numbers which are with affixing letters such as "1A" can be used (up to one character).
When importing images into celbank, add letters into image file name (eg. [1A.tga]) and loading effecting [Cel Number Same To File Name], then it will be imported as cel number [1A] into celbank.
9. [Text] filter function is added. To add [Text] filter, go to special [Effects->Add->Others-Text].
10. Font sizes of the Scene at X-sheet Info are modified.
■Bug Fixes
1. A problem that an x-sheet cannot be imported into celbank has fixed.
2. A problem that a playback cannot be stopped by [Stop] button at preview during playing Stage has fixed.
3. A problem that rendering settings specified at Batch Export is not reacted has fixed.
4. A problem that a portion of x-sheet created by [QuickChecker 2.0] had not loaded correctly has fixed.
5. A problem that [Cel Number Auto Arrange] do not operate correctly has fixed.
6. A problem that cel numbers do not display correctly when giving letters to a image file and importing images to celbank effecting [File Number Same To File Name], has fixed.
7. A problem that Composite Mode on [Layer Setup] Palette does not display correctly has fixed.
8. A problem [Validates shortcut key of switching display items] at [Preference] dialogue has not been saved at start next time has fixed.
9. A trouble that the internal [Stage] windows are not rendered correctly when rendering cels of additional composite on the [Stage] window has fixed (Windows Only).
10. A trouble an x-sheet cannot be opened when link of imported movie files cut off has fixed.
11. A trouble that all cel numbers turn to be 0 when turning on a [File Number Same To File Name] and importing images into celbank, has fixed.
12. A trouble that cannot be exported into FAT32 Disc has fixed.(Mac OS Only)
13. A problem [Offset Sound] dialogue appears when selecting [X-sheet->Sound->Info…], has fixed.
