The illustration, comic, and animation production tool, Clip Studio Paint, has been updated to Version 1.10.5 by Celsys on Thursday, December 10. This update adds features including PDF export, improved webtoon creation functions, support for importing Photoshop brushes, increased brush functionality, and creating timelapses. This is a free update for current users of Clip Studio Paint.

● Timelapse feature added that gives the ability to record your creation process and export it as a timelapse video.
The ability to record the production process and export it as a timelapse video has been added. Users can share their “making of” videos easily in specific video formats for each social media site.

● Brush settings and ability to import Photoshop brushes added
The [Color Jitter] category has been added to brush tools, adding the ability to vary hue, saturation, and brightness as you draw, as well as the ability to randomly change the color of each stroke. It is also now possible to import Photoshop brush files (.abr). These imported brushes can be freely modified, allowing the users to expand the expressive ranges of their brushes.

● Handy features for Webtoon artists added
Features including easy division of long canvases for export and smartphone screen viewer to check the On-screen area of the webtoon have been added to help the creation of vertically-scrolling, full-color webtoons.

● Exporting PDFs made easier and more convenient
In addition to the mobile and tablet apps, it is now possible to export PDF files on a computer.
